Your key responsibilities
- Participate in margin improvement / business transformation engagements in cross industry sectors in supply chain, procurement and business operating models;
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management;
- Participate in business development initiatives;
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups / change management;
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization;
- Assist project manager on client projects, highlight and update management teams on different milestones and issues arisen during the process.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline;
- 3+ years of experience preferably in leading consulting / professional services firms or as internal project leader for industry practitioner (consulting experience is essential);
- Experience in leading power & utilities companies is preferable;
- Proven project management experience, preferably finance / procurement transformation, business process outsourcing, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, sourcing, procurement and IT;
- Capabilities of general business process and organizational framework redesign and mapping, functional and technical requirements formulation, vendor evaluation, and change management is preferable;
- Experience in ERP system implementation and previous finance/procurement transformation experience is preferable;
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients;
- Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership ability;
- Relevant Professional qualification, e.g., PMP, CIMA, CPA is a plus ;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.
