Key Accountabilities Management Consulting
Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, with focus on planning and logistics.
Design and improve Supply Chain Planning processes, including S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, MPS, and MRP.
Design and improve Logistics processes, including Transportation Planning, Carrier Management, Freight Management, and Logistics Visibility.
Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and develop future-state process designs.
Support operating model, governance, KPI, and transformation roadmap design.
Technology Consulting
Participate in planning platform and TMS implementation projects from requirements through deployment.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Support solution configuration, SIT/UAT testing, training, and hypercare activities.
Support integration design between planning/logistics platforms and ERP, WMS, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Drive solution adoption and business value realization.
Requirements
Job Holder Requirements(Minimum education, experience & capabilities) Education
Must have: Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.
Desirable: APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, SAP or equivalent certifications.
Experience
Must have:
3–6 years of experience in supply chain consulting or supply chain transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and/or Logistics processes.
Experience in business process design, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support.
