Position And Team Overview
L.E.K.’s Asia Healthcare Practice advises some of the most prominent organisations across the region, including major multinationals with headquarters and/or significant operations in Asia. Our Partner team has extensive experience across the Healthcare / Life Sciences economy, including in LS / Biotech, MedTech and Healthcare Services.
This role is expected to be collaborating and effectively working on Asia Healthcare consulting projects across Shanghai, Tokyo and Singapore offices to help support them on key deliverables.
Overview Of Role
Life Sciences Specialists work collaboratively with peers and senior leadership to define initial hypotheses, direct and control research and analytical work, and produce fact-based and analytically robust conclusions.
Specific Responsibilities
- Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers;
- Applying technical and scientific expertise to client issues;
- Performing rigorous analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients;
- Collaborating with team members to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights that deliver maximum impact for clients;
- Making L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a positive social climate in the office; and
- Providing upward feedback to Consultant, Manager, Principal, and Partner on case management and leadership.
