Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator - Associate

The opportunity
The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assists with executing our Early Careers recruiting strategy and various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process. The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator supports Recruiters by coordinating and managing candidate interviews and serving candidates and recruiting personnel in other aspects of the recruiting process, including candidate processing and internal recruiting updates, communications, reporting, and risk management procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of the Early Careers recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to campus recruiting support activities
- Utilizes the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to track and report on candidates for standard pipelines, referral management, etc
- Complies with and participates in risk management objectives by supporting steps related to resume, application, transcript, and onboarding / pre-hire requirement reviews, and all steps related to the hiring process from offers to evaluations, etc
- Organizes and executes candidate selection process and communications as directed by the Recruiter
- Plans for and manages virtual interview process, including troubleshooting and logistical issues (i.e. last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, interview technology issues, etc)
- Maintains lists of interviewers with Recruiter
- Liaises with Recruiter and client service teams to provide status updates regarding candidates
- Supports virtual webinars and sessions for EY Next Steps, onboarding, etc
- Processes invoices, purchase orders, and check requests on behalf of Talent Attraction and Acquisition (TA2)
Skills And Attributes For Success
The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the recruiting team and builds relationships that are leveraged to raise issues, concerns or questions to Recruiters and senior members of the recruiting team that influence candidate selection and may influence strategy. The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for working with recruiters and groups to maintain relationships.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or related discipline preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- HR or recruiting-related experience a plus
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- We are considering candidate that can work from 12:00 PM to 9:00PM BA time aligning with Pacific US time zone.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment
- Proficient in applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems (SuccessFactors and/or Yello)
