The Team/ Role
Working with a diverse team of Resource Managers, we are looking for a Resource Analyst to support the strategic resource planning, forecasting and reporting for our EMEA Performance Improvement and Restructuring divisions.The ideal candidate will be a resilient and highly analytical individual, with previous experience in Resource Management, HR, or Operations.
How you will contribute
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Level 2 support for Cisco UC systems, including CUCM, Unity Connection (CUC), IM & Presence, Voice Gateways (SIP, MGCP), Cisco Cubes and MS Teams
- System Maintenance: Perform routine monitoring (RTMT, SolarWinds), patching, software upgrades, and migrations of Cisco voice solutions
- Call Routing & Dial Plans: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot call routing, dial plans, trunk issues, and endpoint registrations
- Incident Management: Identify, document, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to L3/Vendor TAC
- Video/Collaboration: Support Cisco Expressway, Webex and Teams
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Cisco Unified Communications engineering and MS Teams calling
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Unity, and IP telephony, as well as SIP protocol, networking fundamentals (BGP, OSPF) and MS Teams calling
- Certifications: CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in team-oriented, 24/7 environments
- Common Tools Knowledge Required: Used Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Expressway, Cisco Contact Center (UCCE/CCX), RTMT, Dialed Number Analyzer.
