The Team
The Analyst, Employee Contracting is responsible for managing all aspects of employee contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's workforce planning initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of employment laws across various jurisdictions to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. This role will primarily support our APAC region and will report into a Manager located in the US.
How you will contribute
- Manage the end-to-end global employment contract process for permanent and contingent employees
- Manage the contract review and signature process, including the use of e-signature platforms
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure all contracts comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, hiring managers, legal departments, and business units to address specific contracting needs
- Maintain accurate records of all employment contracts and related documents
- Monitor and report on contract-related metrics and trends
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and update contract language accordingly
- Assist in developing and updating global contracting policies and procedures
- Continuously improve the offer process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure proper integration of contract data into Workday
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English required. Additional languages is preferred.
- Experience in a global professional services or consulting firm is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, with a focus on employment contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
