The Team
- We are looking for individuals with experience of working on restructuring advisory (lender or company-side) or insolvency (formal insolvency or contingency planning) assignments.
- As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile engagements across restructuring advisory and insolvency, working with many of the industry’s leading Managing Directors.
- Assignments can include multi-stakeholder and often multi-national restructuring advisory engagements and cross border insolvency appointments. Projects can also include IBRs, short-term cash flow and capital structure analysis.
How you will contribute
You will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of a wide-ranging portfolio of advisory and insolvency cases, working with many of the industry’s leading Managing Directors. In addition to a broad range of regional mid-market restructuring engagements, you will have exposure to multi-stakeholder and often multi-national restructuring advisory engagements and cross-border insolvency appointments.
Successful candidates will gain an exceptional range of experience, working on assignments across the restructuring spectrum. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in business development and targeting activities.
Qualifications
- Internationally recognized qualification (i.e. CPA / ACA / ACCA) with restructuring experience.
- Extensive experience within the insolvency/restructuring team of a Big 4 or other large national practice or regional professional services firm.
- Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop additional knowledge of all restructuring offerings with evident project experience in some / all of the following: company-side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis, formal insolvency, or contingency planning
