The Team
- We are looking for individuals with experience of working on restructuring advisory (lender or company-side) or insolvency (formal insolvency or contingency planning) assignments.
- As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile engagements across restructuring advisory and insolvency, working with many of the industry’s leading Managing Directors.
- Assignments can include multi-stakeholder and often multi-national restructuring advisory engagements and cross border insolvency appointments. Projects can also include IBRs, short-term cash flow and capital structure analysis.
How You Will Contribute
This is an action-oriented role focused on executing formal insolvency appointments and performing financial analysis. In addition to a broad range of regional mid-market restructuring engagements, you will have exposure to multi-stakeholder and often multi-national restructuring advisory engagements and cross-border insolvency appointments.
Key responsibilities include case and portfolio administration, financial modelling and statutory compliance, together with supporting the wider team on BD initiatives and deal origination.
Qualifications
- Internationally recognized qualification (i.e. CPA / ACA / ACCA) preferred.
- Experience within the insolvency/restructuring team of a Big 4 or other large national practice or regional professional services firm would be advantageous but is not essential. Applications welcome from candidates with experience in Audit and looking to progress their careers within restructuring.
- Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop knowledge of restructuring offerings.
- Project experience in some / all of the following (advantageous but not essential): company-side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis, formal insolvency or contingency planning.
