The Team
The Corporate Transactions Group is a trusted advisor to corporates, private equity firms, and other investors on strategic and transformational transactions. The team brings together deep corporate finance expertise, advanced valuation capabilities, and a pragmatic advisory mindset to help clients navigate complex deal situations. Directors are senior leaders within the practice, responsible for driving client relationships, originating new business, and delivering high-quality outcomes while contributing to the long-term growth and reputation of the firm.
How you will contribute
Lead and originate transaction advisory engagements across M&A, divestitures, capital markets, and other strategic transactions
Serve as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic insight, financial guidance, and deal execution leadership
Oversee engagement teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, commercially focused advice
Review and challenge financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses, bringing a strategic and investor-oriented perspective
Develop and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration within the firm
Drive business development efforts, including pitching, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives
Mentor and develop senior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification strongly preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, or financial advisory (Senior Director level typically requires significant leadership and origination experience)
Deep expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and transaction execution across multiple deal types
Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and originating new business
Strong leadership presence with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
Excellent commercial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA) are strongly preferred
