The Team
The Corporate Transactions Group partners with senior executives, boards, and investors to deliver end-to-end financial advisory services for complex and high-stakes transactions. The team is known for its hands-on approach, technical excellence in corporate finance and valuations, and ability to deliver practical, results-oriented advice. Managers play a critical role in leading engagements, developing talent, and shaping client relationships while working on a diverse range of transactions across industries and geographies.
How you will contribute
Lead day-to-day execution of transaction engagements, including M&A, divestitures, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments
Oversee the development and review of financial models, valuations, and analyses to ensure technical accuracy and commercial relevance
Manage and mentor Associates, providing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance
Act as a key point of contact for clients on workstream execution, timelines, and deliverables
Drive due diligence processes and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for clients
Prepare and review high-quality client presentations, investment materials, and board-level communications
Support Directors in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and pitch presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage
6–9 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, or financial advisory (Senior Manager level typically requires additional experience)
Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading complex workstreams
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently
Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA) are strongly preferred
