The opportunity
As a growing team in Business Consulting, our Business Transformation team helps leading organizations solve complex strategic and operational challenges and turn ambition into measurable results. Combining strategy, operating model, organization, technology and people expertise, we work with senior leaders to shape future direction, unlock value and deliver enterprise-wide transformation. Supported by EY’s global network, deep sector knowledge and AI-enabled capabilities, our people gain exposure to high-impact work from strategy through execution.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver client engagements across business growth, market entry, operating-model design, organization transformation and performance improvement;
- Conduct market, competitor and business analysis to identify growth opportunities, strategic choices and sources of value;
- Structure complex problems and develop evidence-based recommendations for senior executives;
- Design target operating models (TOM), business cases and transformation roadmaps that convert strategic ambition into practical action;
- Redesign operational processes and identify AI use cases to improve efficiency and business performance;
- Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, perspectives and go-to-market materials and participating in client pursuits.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field;
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation or a related field;
- Knowledge of strategy, operating-model design, organizational transformation and performance improvement;
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses and translate analysis into clear recommendations;
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment across market, financial and operational topics;
- Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions and develop new perspectives;
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
