The Team
The Infrastructure & Capital Projects (INFRA) practice provides end-to-end project advisory services across five core service propositions:
Transaction Advisory – financial, technical and regulatory due diligence for bid-side Capital Strategy and Sourcing – raising finance to deliver infrastructure Value Creation – maximising value across a portfolio Capital Delivery – project and program management advisory and dispute support Operational Turnaround– asset optimisation and performance improvement
We combine strategic and operational expertise with technical knowledge to support clients across Asia in the transportation and logistics; power and utilities; energy; social infrastructure; and mining sectors. A&M INFRA advise developers; sponsors; lenders and investors; and project leaders to select, structure, improve and execute capital projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.
How You Will Contribute
- Anticipate client risks and address them through the development of financial models, business cases, valuations and market analysis to support investment decisions and optimise capital allocation
- Act as a trusted communicator across teams and projects, influencing clients and stakeholders through compelling, tailored presentations
- Manage large or complex projects related to preparing business cases, financial models, valuations and market analysis, maintaining strong governance, risk management and administrative oversight and ensuring delivery excellence
- Leverage extensive knowledge of transaction structuring and the procurement of infrastructure to guide teams and strengthen project execution
- Drive collaboration and inclusion across teams and functions, contributing to INFRA practice development and knowledge‑sharing across A&M
- Provide role‑model leadership, guiding career development of more junior staff and support capability building in the INFRA practice
- Cultivate strong, influential relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an advisor on client challenges
- Drive go‑to‑market activities across projects and accounts, translating market insights into opportunities
- Deepen client relationships on key accounts, identifying opportunities across portfolios of projects
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related degree
- 8+ years of experience in consulting or other related areas
- Knowledge of INFRA service lines, with proven experience in procurement and transaction advisory services, leading project delivery and performance improvement across complex, multi‑workstream engagements
- Strong relationships across various client organisations and an active network that supports an ability to deepen key accounts and identify new opportunities
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus but not required
