We believe diverse perspectives make the work stronger. Our consultants bring different backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking to help solve complex problems and create lasting impact for clients, colleagues, and communities.
At Oliver Wyman, we are proud of the values that we aspire to live by. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
- Organisational Performance
The Organisational Performance team, part of Oliver Wyman's Performance Transformation practice, helps clients design, activate and sustain high-performing organisations that deliver lasting business impact.
We combine rigorous organisation and operating model design with people-led transformation and change management to help organisations build the structures, capabilities, behaviours and performance disciplines needed to succeed through complex transformation.
Our work spans four integrated areas:
- Organisation & Operating Model Design
Help clients design target operating models, organisational structures, governance, accountabilities, roles, workforce strategies and location models that enable strategic priorities and long-term growth.
- Organisational Efficiency
Support organisations in improving performance, transparency and cost efficiency through organisation diagnostics, spans and layers analysis, benchmarking, workforce optimisation, finance and HR transformation, Global Business Services design and sustainable cost management.
- Change Management & Transformation Success
Enable organisations to realise transformation outcomes through transformation office design, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, change strategies and transformation activation.
- Culture, Behaviour & Change
Partner with clients to build the leadership, culture and behaviours required for sustainable transformation through culture diagnostics, behavioural change, leadership development, organisational integration and large-scale engagement programmes.
As demand for these capabilities continues to grow, we are looking for experienced consultants who combine rigorous problem solving with deep expertise in organisation transformation, operating model design, organisational effectiveness and people-led change.
