Your Impact
You will partner with clients worldwide to help define and execute their strategy and innovation efforts.
You will join the Market Intelligence team within McKinsey Panorama. This globally focused team harnesses a blend of banking and financial data sources - including proprietary McKinsey data - to help financial institutions identify strategic opportunities, improve financial planning, and benchmark their performance.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, your work will be divided between developing proprietary assets and supporting client engagement teams with your asset-backed expertise. You will conduct research into financial services, macroeconomic shifts, and evolving customer trends. By analyzing large volumes of information efficiently, you will synthesize your findings into strategic insights and communicate them to both internal McKinsey colleagues and external clients.
A core component of your role will involve building and maintaining the tools that drive our advisory work. You will develop and refine a variety of proprietary databases, statistical frameworks, and market models designed to inform the decision-making processes of our clients and colleagues. By applying this asset-backed expertise directly in client settings, you will ensure our strategic recommendations are consistently grounded in rigorous, data-driven evidence.
Your responsibilities offer a strong platform to develop your capabilities in data analytics, critical thinking, synthesis, and product development within a dynamic business environment.
