Human Resources Intern
In Turkey - Istanbul
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in our Istanbul office. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international consulting environment while supporting a wide range of HR activities.

How you will create an impact:
- Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Supporting HR tasks related to employee engagement, learning and development, and employer branding
- Assisting in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Providing support with various administrative HR tasks as needed
Your profile:
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of January or June 2027
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management
- Able to work at least 3 days a week
- Fluency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
