Strategy Consultant
Porsche Consulting has ambitious growth targets. To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for highly motivated and talented Strategy Consultants to join our dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver national and international consulting projects across a broad range of industries (consumer goods, industrial goods, mobility and life sciences).
- Lead complex projects in the areas of Strategy and Organisation, working closely with interdisciplinary teams at client sites.
- Advise clients in developing sustainable competitive advantages through innovative strategic and organisational solutions.
- Design deployment roadmaps and support clients throughout the implementation phase, ensuring measurable and sustainable bottom-line impact.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering or an equivalent education. MBA is a preferred requirement.
- 4 or plus years of experience in a leading strategy consulting company.
- Language proficiency in Italian and English are mandatory as well as a very good knowledge of German and/or French.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes.
- Strong curiosity and proven interest in AI-related topics and business applications.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel in a dynamic consulting environment
This role requires a full willingness to travel, with 80% of time spent on client sites.
