As a Senior Director within ourDigitalpractice, you will lead the design and delivery ofcutting-edgeAI and machine learning solutions for A&M’s clients across industries. This is a senior leadership role for a technically exceptional individual who can bridge rigorous engineering with client-facing impact.
You will work with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to shape AI strategy, oversee end-to-end model development and deployment, and grow A&M’s AI capability and market presence.
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring technical rigour and measurable client impact.
Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, model governance, data architecture, and technology selection.
Direct multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and consultants across complex, high-stakes engagements.
Advanced degree (Master’sor PhD) in a hard science or engineering discipline — such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a closely related field.
