As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business and tech — turning complex pension requirements into scalable solutions across software delivery and data migration programmes.
What you’ll do:
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Analyse pension processes (e.g. onboarding, contributions, benefits) and drive improvements
- Support system implementations, integrations, and data migrations
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver transformation programmes
- Manage defects, changes, and ensure smooth delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Business Analysis within pensions or insurance
- Strong understanding of pension processes & data migration
- Confident stakeholder communicator, able to simplify complexity
- Experience working on cross-functional tech delivery projects
- Dutch & English required
