The Reporting Officer (Senior Associate) role sits within the Learning Implementation & Reporting team in SATIC and is responsible for delivering regulatory reporting and compliance tracking across key business areas including Audit, Risk and Tax.
The role operates within a distributed delivery model, working closely with UK stakeholders to manage reporting cycles, ensure data accuracy, and support regulatory compliance in line with PwC policies, service levels, and global standards.
Summary:
The Reporting Officer is accountable for managing a complex portfolio of regulatory reporting activities, ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of mandatory training across regulated business units.
The role focuses on data-driven reporting, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder communication, ensuring training completion across the organisation meets strict regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will work with large datasets and multiple reporting tools, translating data into meaningful insights for stakeholders while maintaining 100% accuracy and audit readiness.
Qualifications / Certifications required:
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Data Management / Data Science / Analytics or similar (advantageous)
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Office Specialist (Advanced Excel)
- Alteryx / Tableau or similar tools
Experience required:
- 4–7 years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics roles
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Strong project management, organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex reporting cycles
- Advanced analytical capability using Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
Responsibilities of role:
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
- Manage mandatory training reporting across Audit, Risk and Tax business units
- Track compliance against monthly regulatory deadlines and escalate risks where required
- Ensure adherence to L&D policies and regulatory frameworks
Data Management & Reporting
- Produce and analyse complex reports using platforms such as Cornerstone and reporting tools
- Validate data accuracy and maintain high standards of data integrity
- Work with large datasets to deliver insight-driven reporting outputs
- Maintain audit trails and ensure reporting is audit-ready at all times
Systems & Tools Ownership
- Maintain and manage the Profiling Tool used for training allocation and audience validation
- Support curriculum builds and deployment within Vantage
- Monitor training assessments using Atlas Cloud and Alteryx workflows
- Support system improvements and resolve data/reporting issues with relevant stakeholders
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
- Communicate training compliance updates to Risk & Quality and business stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve non-compliance and data discrepancies
- Escalate risks and compliance issues in line with defined processes
Delivery & Performance
- Meet strict reporting deadlines and accuracy targets
- Maintain clear and structured documentation for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with L&D teams and UK stakeholders to support business requirements
A Typical Day in the Role
- Manage and track mandatory training reporting cycles

The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of the United Kingdom office. During the training period, full-time attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis.
Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model.
