Cedar Gate Technologies, and IQVIA business, is seeking a senior sales leader to assume full responsibility for the performance and growth of its self-funded markets segment. This role requires consistent execution at a high level across multiple competing priorities in a complex and highly matrixed environment.
The Head of Sales will be accountable for driving measurable results across all sales and demand generation activities while navigating evolving market conditions, internal alignment challenges, and aggressive corporate expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against corporate sales targets, with full accountability for pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance
- Drive demand generation efforts across sales, marketing, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment despite competing priorities and resource constraints
- Develop and continuously refine go-to-market strategies across multiple market segments, often with incomplete data or rapidly shifting conditions
- Oversee business development activities across a broad and evolving portfolio of solutions, offerings, and technology products
- Lead efforts to expand into new markets and introduce new offerings, with responsibility for translating strategy into measurable outcomes
- Maintain strict oversight of performance metrics and reporting expectations at the executive level
- Partner with business leadership to establish and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies, often under compressed timelines
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred, CPA considered advantageous
- 10+ years of leadership experience across sales, business development, marketing, and product functions, ideally within healthcare software and services
- Demonstrated ability to meet sustained, high-performance expectations in complex corporate environments
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing performance against aggressive targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including in geographically dispersed teams
- Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve ambiguous, high-impact challenges

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
