The Indirect Tax Team
Our team delivers sharp, practical and commercially focused VAT advice to help clients make better decisions.
We advise clients across the full business lifecycle, with a strong focus on transactions. This includes VAT aspects of M&A, due diligence, deal structuring and post‑acquisition integration, as well as identifying opportunities to improve VAT efficiency.
Alongside this, the team has a growing core VAT advisory practice, supporting clients with day‑to‑day and strategic indirect tax matters, business change initiatives and complex technical issues. This provides a strong and stable platform for long‑term client relationships, while continuing to offer exposure to high‑impact transaction work.
Our work is international by nature. We work closely with clients to navigate cross‑border VAT challenges and collaborate across jurisdictions to deliver coordinated, high‑quality indirect tax advice.
