The Team
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented People Business Partner to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives to support our continued growth and high-performance culture across Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region.
How You Will Contribute
Strategic People Business Partnership
Act as a strategic People advisor and consultant to assigned leaders in Malaysia and business unit leaders across ASEAN, translating business challenges and goals into proactive people and talent strategies.
Drive and support key global and regional People initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance development, succession planning, and organizational design, ensuring local relevance and effective execution.
Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable workforce insights on trends such as turnover, engagement, and productivity, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate the annual performance development cycle, coaching leaders on effective feedback, goal setting, and development planning to reinforce a high-performance culture.

Support employee engagement survey results and organizational climate initiatives through effective action planning and follow-through.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR policies, mitigating employee and organizational risk.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations in partnership with People Services, ensuring efficient delivery across benefits, compensation processes, and HRIS data integrity.
Qualifications
People Business Partnering experience within a professional services or management consulting environment or management consulting experience with a keen interest and passion in human resources.
ASEAN regional experience, with a strong understanding of local labor legislation, compensation practices, and cultural nuances across multiple markets.
Executive presence and influence, with the credibility to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Proven ability to partner with People leadership on regional initiatives while independently leading complex HR programs or management consulting experience.
Data-driven mindset, with strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and analytics to inform talent and workforce decisions.
