Key Responsibilities
- Structure and solve complex business problems using hypothesis-driven and analytical approaches.
- Manage project workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client relevance of deliverables.
- Analyze market, industry, customer, and operational data to generate insights and identify strategic implications.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful client-ready materials and presentations.
- Participate in and lead client meetings, workshops, and working sessions as appropriate to level.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop actionable recommendations and support implementation planning.
- Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and other business development efforts.
- Coach and support junior team members in problem solving, analysis, and deliverable development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
For Senior Associate candidates:
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar advisory environment.
- Ability to independently drive analyses and produce high-quality client deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings.
- Experience supporting proposals and project management activities.
For Manager candidates:
- 6–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar advisory environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and managing small teams in client projects.
- Strong client management skills and ability to oversee day-to-day project delivery.
- Experience contributing meaningfully to business development, including proposals and client pitches.
- Proven ability to mentor junior consultants and support team development.
