Position Summary
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking hard-working, committed, and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about the life sciences. Senior Consultants at Trinity fulfill a leadership role on multiple case teams, designing and implementing strategies to help clients maintain strong growth. This role offers unique opportunities to manage project work streams and provide mentorship to junior employees across multiple teams. With exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues within the life sciences industry, this position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to take on immediately challenging and rewarding roles.
Trinity MedTech works across a variety of life sciences customer segments, including medical device manufacturers, medical products and services manufacturers, digital health providers, and diagnostics companies. Additionally, our experience spans a variety of therapeutic areas, with particular depth in cardiovascular (interventional and surgery), general surgery and surgical specialties, diabetes, eye care/ophthalmology, neurology, orthopedics, pain management, women’s health, and men’s health. Increasing overlap between pharma and MedTech—particularly in companion/complementary diagnostics, precision medicine, combination products, and digital health—further enriches the scope of this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for clients, including both qualitative and quantitative project work
- Support team members as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding the work of junior staff members while effectively communicating as a partner to project managers and leadership
- Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports
- Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams, in internal training efforts, and through formal mentorship programs
- Gain recognition as the internal “expert” in 1–2 functional or therapeutic areas
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2+ years of life sciences consulting experience or an MBA/PhD in a relevant life sciences field
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Additional Skills
- Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech, medical devices, or diagnostics

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $118,000 -$177,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
