About the Role
Join Accenture to help organizations transform their supply chain planning capabilities using advanced cloud-based planning platforms. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end planning solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integrated planning solutions using leading cloud-based platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, and similar tools
• Configure, customize, and optimize planning systems to align with business needs and improve performance outcomes
• Participate in or lead project phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Support supply chain transformation initiatives such as S&OP process enhancement, KPI definition, and operating model improvements
• Provide advisory on process strategy, including roadmap development and performance assessment
• Work with cross-functional teams across business and IT to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials; conduct end-user training sessions as required
• Stay current with industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologies including AI/ML in supply chain planning
Required Qualifications
• 2–10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or system implementation (level aligned to experience)
• Hands-on experience with at least one planning platform such as o9, Kinaxis RapidResponse, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, SAP IBP, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and integrated supply chain planning
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or end-to-end planning processes
• Proven ability in solution configuration, testing, and deployment
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights
Preferred Qualifications
• Consulting experience in supply chain or digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to category management (e.g., Grocery, Fresh, or Retail segments)
• Experience with AI/ML tools applied to planning or forecasting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively in diverse teams
