Roles And Responsibilities
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead project teams in both operational due diligence (ODD) and post-deal value creation efforts. Specific responsibilities include:
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of project workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Develop and manage hypotheses relevant to operational improvement and value creation
Facilitate data collection, modeling, and analysis to inform strategic decisions
Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; act as the primary contact for project-related inquiries
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and presentations
Lead discussions with clients to review findings and implications for value enhancement
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and collaboration
Manage project teams effectively, ensuring high-quality execution
Strategic Insight:
Conduct thorough operational due diligence focusing on cost optimization, top-line growth strategies (including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and sales drivers), and organizational structure analysis
Rapidly assess EBITDA impact from potential value creation initiatives
Desired Skills And Experience
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 – 8+ years in management consulting, with a focus on private equity or operational improvements
Previous experience leading operational due diligence projects and implementing post-deal strategies to enhance portfolio performance

We are seeking a highly motivated recruiting coordinator to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiter(s) by managing all operational recruiting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics, including calendar and room bookings, stakeholder confirmations, and candidate communication for lateral recruitment and any campus recruitment events.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Workday) and other recruiting trackers, folders and databases to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Post job vacancies on Workday and other relevant internal / external channels.
- Collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents.
- Co-ordinate administration of internal employee referral program, ensuring timely responses, proper tracking of referred candidates.
- Support invoice and expense processing related to recruitment activities.
- Support the recruiter with tasks like initial CV screening (providing a long list of CVs from applications available), tracking recruitment funnel metrics for reporting etc.
- Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc regional projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and recruitment tools.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Experience working with global teams is desirable.
