Geigsen is a consulting firm that brings together an expertise in strategy and psychology.
We partner with leaders on their most pressing organization-level issues in a way that keeps strategy and teams truly aligned.
Senior Consultants lead project workstreams and build trusted working alliances with clients through exceptional project management and delivery. They can independently develop approaches to solving complex, open-ended problems. They take an active role in client interactions, contributing to and helping drive the conversation, not just observing it. You will align strategic objectives with day-to-day project delivery, manage timelines, deliverables, and communication, lead prep for client meetings and workshops (and often support facilitation), and help build the capabilities of both internal and client teams.
