As a Manager / Senior Manager – Banking Technology, you will lead and shape the delivery of complex technology solutions for banking clients in the Czech market. You will help modernize core banking systems, digital channels, integration and data platforms, and deliver cloud and transformation programs – with a strong focus on client value, quality, and security.
This role combines program/delivery management, solutioning and architectural oversight, and business development. You will participate in deal shaping, solution planning, proposal development, and engagements with bank executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders. At the same time, you will lead multidisciplinary teams operating in local, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
