The Team
The A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group (“GTAG”) is comprised of former Big Four professionals who provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial due diligence. GTAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. GTAG professionals routinely team with the firm’s operational, tax, commercial, and information technology professionals to deliver a truly integrated solution to clients.
How You Will Contribute
Lead core financial due diligence across SEA markets - including Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, and selectively across the broader Asia-Pacific region as deal flow requires.
Own workstreams across quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, forecast review and operational KPI analysis. Convert data into deal-relevant insights that drive management discussions, client decision-making, valuation thinking and SPA negotiation points.
Lead the construction of due diligence reports and presentations that clearly communicate key findings, earnings drivers, red flags and how findings should be reflected in valuation and transaction documentation.
Serve as a day-to-day senior execution point of contact for clients, target management and advisors. Lead management meetings and client calls, and manage follow-up on key diligence issues.
Manage engagement execution, including scope, budget, staffing, request lists, issue resolution, billing support and coordination with tax, operational, commercial and information technology workstreams.
Cultivate senior networks and act as a trusted advisor to clients, management teams and internal stakeholders.
Build and lead talent by developing high-performing teams, setting clear standards and creating practical growth opportunities.
Support Managing Directors on business development, proposal preparation, conflict checks, sales support, client relationship activity and other non-project responsibilities as needed.
