We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges and driving digital transformation initiatives focused on data and artificial intelligence (AI), with a particular emphasis on the development and integration of agentic AI solutions.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, peers, and other stakeholders.
- Design and implement innovative solutions tailored to clients’ unique business needs and objectives.
- Lead workstreams related to AI adoption and transformation strategies.
- Deliver high-impact executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Design and deploy training programs, learning materials, and strategic content.
- Mentor and coach consultants while ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
What You Bring To The Role
- 3–5+ years of consulting experience.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Ability to engage with clients and effectively communicate strategic messages.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations, training programs, and content.
- Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English because it involves interpretation and application of English standards, guidance, laws and regulations, servicing of English-speaking clients located across Canada and collaboration with English Speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec.
