You will design solutions for today's most critical strategic challenges, driving long-term transformations. You will work side-by-side with our clients on-site, helping them maximize the potential of data and AI to solve critical business problems, refine their strategies, and execute complex transformations.
You will develop AI-driven solutions, modernize technology infrastructures, optimize and automate processes, drive digital growth, and empower teams to effectively adopt AI and digital technologies.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced university degree in technical, scientific, or business/economics/analytics disciplines
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience gained either in the technology sector or in specialized technology, Artificial Intelligence, or digital transformation roles within other industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven, fact-based decision-making and structured logical reasoning
- Outstanding academic and professional track record, with notable achievements both within and outside of your studies
- Ability to develop high-quality project materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, articles, or other high-impact written documents
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to approach and complete tasks autonomously
- Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
- Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent fluency in both Portuguese and English
