- Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, data catalogs including data lineage and metadata managements.
- Experience working on tools like Collibra, Alation, Apache Atlas, Snowflake / BigQuery and other cloud governance services
- Should be hands-on in design and enforce data governance policies, standards and procedures
- Substantial experience in MDM Strategies and workflows. Experience working with industry data models and taxonomies.
- Industry experience in implementing regulatory compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and other regulations
- Experience in designing Data classification, data security policies and procedures.
- Experience working with Data stewards and business owners on ownership policies.
- Design Monitoring Systems for Data Quality and Data compliance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, products, engineering and technical stakeholders •Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data engineering and data governance •Hands on experience of Generative Ai and Agentic AI for data engineering and governance. |
