Organize and facilitate working sessions, steering committees, and management meetings, including preparation and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive management teams.
Ensure high quality of project deliverables, recommendations, and client-facing materials.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and team utilization.
Prepare presentations, analytical materials, and regular project status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
Support proposal development, project scoping, and business development activities.
Contribute to the development of the Financial Services practice, enhancement of internal methodologies, and continuous improvement of project management approaches.
Typical Projects

Experience in consulting, banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or related industries
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and teams simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Fluent Russian and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a management consulting environment.
Professional project management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) are considered a plus.
Experience working with executive management teams, boards, or senior decision-makers.
Understanding of banking products, operations, and financial services industry trends.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate becomes a trusted project leader within A&M's Financial Services practice, delivering complex transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions across the region while contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice.
