We are now looking for Senior Consultants to join our London
office.
How you will create impact:
- You will work in project teams, forming ideas and solutions – we encourage team members at all levels to contribute fully to solutioning
- You will be involved from day one of the engagement until the final presentation of our recommendations, and in some cases, support clients through implementation – as a Senior Consultant you will start to take workstream ownership alongside coaching and developing Consultants and Interns
- We will support you in finding the right balance between delivering challenging projects and deepening your knowledge of our tools and approaches, helping you build the expertise needed to progress to the next career level
- You will also contribute to sector business development activities by supporting proposal development and creating thought leadership content
- As an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and curious professional, you will strive for the best results for our clients, to support your project colleagues, and to grow Simon-Kucher’s impact
- You will gain exposure across a broad range of sectors, excluding Healthcare & Life Sciences
Your profile:
- Graduate with a minimum of 2:1 undergraduate degree
- 3+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, including experience working directly with clients
- Strong interest in commercial excellence topics such as pricing, monetization, revenue growth and growth strategy, ideally supported by consulting experience in one or more of these areas
- Excellent analytical, quantitative skillset, demonstrated through deploying these skills onto client engagements
- Outstanding communication skills, including presenting
- A track record of impactful problem solving
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced commercially agile environment
