Your Impact
You will support consultants and clients in solving challenging and complex client business problems and will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to consulting teams and clients focusing primarily on the Adriatic markets.
You will work across various topics in multiple industries, such as banking, telecom, media, healthcare and the public sector and, over time, develop relevant industry knowledge and expertise. Day-to-day tasks may include a variety of analyses, such as benchmarking, trend identification, industry profiling, market sizing, growth projections.
From time to time, you may be embedded directly into client engagements, which means working closely with our clients and, in some cases, traveling both domestically and internationally.
Additionally, you will work closely with Adriatic office leadership on priority client development efforts. You will help execute the office’s client development agenda where you’ll (co-) maintain and develop materials that you will regularly (co-) deliver to potential clients.
You will be based out of our Zagreb office as part of the Central European cluster of the Global Client Capabilities Network.
The Client Capabilities Network works alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge and create a foundation for sound recommendations for client and internal projects. Colleagues in our global Client Capabilities Network deliver distinctive client impact through assets and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation.
There is the opportunity to hire at either the Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on your experience.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or another relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus and preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in consultancy or adjacent area
- Strong understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand the relevant analysis required to prove a hypothesis; ability to gather information on a given topic and make informed/logical assumptions where required
- Ability to accomplish work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, including balancing multiple priorities or projects at the same time
- Deep understanding of the Adriatic business and economic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is expected, experience with basic programming and (Gen)AI tools a plus
- Fluent level communication skills, in English and Croatian, with proficiency in other regional languages a plus
