How you will create an impact:
- Contribute to the design and development of training content, including building PowerPoint presentations and crafting communications
- Assist in the creation and refinement of best-practice project documents and business development proposals, coordinating with project teams and diving into the healthcare industry
- Enhance and create content for the HC&LS SharePoint page (internal webpage), a key internal knowledge-sharing platform where we centralize communication and resources
- Coordinate project tasks and deliverables for the internal HC&LS SKAI Taskforce, supporting initiatives to drive AI adoption and to build AI capabilities among consultants
About you:
- You are currently completing or have recently completed a master’s degree in Business, Engineering, HR, Psychology, Digital Transformation, or a related field
- You have an interest in knowledge management, training, and AI-enabled ways of working
- Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments is a plus
- You are curious about the healthcare industry, though prior healthcare experience is not required
- Advanced-Proficient level of English
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership independently
- You are eager to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT in your daily work
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams
