You Are:
A Strategy Consultant with experience supporting clients within the Health Industry. Your experience includes working with the management team and senior leadership to support client engagements across public and/or private sector health on strategies to transform their business, operations, or care models to achieve objectives related to health access, outcomes, and experience. As a consultant, you’re a natural at working within teams and mentoring analysts. You thrive in solving complex problems, thanks to your analytical skills and structured approach. You have excellent communication and people skills along with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your experience is rooted in the Canadian health system and has been further shaped through consulting and advisory roles supporting both public and private sector clients. You are adept at navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and guiding senior leaders through transformational change.
You are curious, outcomes-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to help health organizations re-think how care is delivered, funded, and enabled for the future.
The Work:
Support the delivery of projects for clients that may include provincial health systems and health authorities, hospitals, health technologies, and care providers to make sure they are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, and delivering value.
Support teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients.
Build relationships with clients and Accenture’s leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions that sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.
Mentor junior members of the team.
Here’s What You Need:
3+ years of Strategy consulting experience
2+ years of experience working with Health and/or Life Sciences institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology (for example: Operating Models, digital disruption)
Practical knowledge and understanding of Analytics and Digital Technologies
Understanding of what it takes for a strategy to be executed
High-level understanding of how ecosystems fit into the digital world, and how digital technology is changing business
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize the issues and present solutions to Senior Leaders
A University Degree is required for this position
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
