We are a leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor globally, providing our services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements.
The position
As an analyst your primary tasks will be:
- Analysis of markets, sectors and companies
- Assist on sell and buyside pitches, presentations and on-going engagements
- Assist on valuation of companies
- Assist on financial modelling projects
- Other ad hoc analysis
Weekly workload will be about 15-20 hours with flexibility during exam periods.
About you, our newest team members
We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:
- You are on your last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just recently started your master’s degree in finance, economics or similiar
- Relevant academic background
- Open-minded with a positive and 'can-do' mind-set
- Professional analytical skills incl. experience with Excel and Power Point
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite
