Job Summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Health Strategy – Technology & AI Consultant to support healthcare clients across payer, provider, and public health systems in defining and executing technology-driven and AI-enabled transformation strategies. This role combines technology strategy, digital transformation, and applied AI/GenAI capabilities to drive measurable outcomes across clinical, operational, and financial dimensions. You will help clients translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, AI strategies, and scalable transformation programs, while ensuring alignment between business, technology, and value realization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
• Support development of enterprise technology and digital strategies for healthcare clients
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans
• Conduct market assessments, ecosystem analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategy decisions
AI/Gen AI Strategy & Use Case Development
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI / GenAI use cases across the healthcare value chain
• Support development of AI strategies, adoption roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Assist in designing AI operating models (CoEs, governance, compliance, Responsible AI)
Strategy Development & Transformation
• Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI frameworks for technology and AI investments
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track clinical, operational, and financial impact
• Support value realization planning and performance tracking
Transformation Delivery & Execution Support
• Support end-to-end strategy-to-execution alignment across digital and AI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation planning and change management
• Provide strategic input into pilot programs and scaled deployments
Job Requirements:
• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in consulting / technology strategy / AI strategy / digital transformation. Prior experience in payer/provider healthcare environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare value chain (payer/provider/public health)
• Experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT strategy
• Exposure to AI / GenAI use cases in healthcare (e.g., automation, clinical workflows, member engagement)
• Ability to define technology and AI strategy roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Experience in use case identification, process assessment, and value prioritization
• Strong analytical skills, business case development, and financial modeling
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and communication skills
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
