How you will create an impact:
- Lead and
mentor the DevOps engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, removing blockers,
and acting as an escalation point
- Set clear
goals and expectations, including regular 1:1s, performance feedback,
development plans, and ongoing coaching through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Define and
drive the DevOps strategy aligned with enterprise standards
- Oversee
Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, cost efficiency,
and monitoring performance, usage, and spending to address risks and
inefficiencies
- Support the
operationalization of AI/ML solutions and MLOps practices
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to enable reliable AI platform delivery and act as
a technical advisor contributing to strategic roadmap planning
- Govern and
promote Infrastructure as Code, defining and enforcing IaC standards and best
practices (Terraform)
- Ensure
effective CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including governance via
code reviews and CI/CD validation
- Drive
adoption of IaC and DevOps practices through training and reusable modules
About you: - Several
years of experience in a medium to large corporate environment or software
house
- Experience
working with remote engineering teams with diverse backgrounds
- 5+ years in
DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
- 3 + years
in a management role with demonstrated experience in leading and developing
DevOps teams
- Strong
leadership and ability to develop and guide engineers
- Strong
knowledge of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, reliability)
- Experience
with Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Clear
communication across technical and non-technical teams with fluent English
- Strategic
mindset focused on scalability and stability
- Ownership
and accountability for delivery and outcomes
- Adaptability
to evolving AI and cloud technologies
