Role Purpose
The Change Manager will play a critical role in enabling end to end change management for Digital & Technology initiatives across A&M client engagements. Sitting within DTS, this role partners closely with technology, data, AI, and business teams to translate complex digital transformations into practical, adoptable change - driving value realization and sustained outcomes.
This role is particularly relevant to A&M’s growing work across enterprise digital transformation, AI‑led solutions, platform modernization, and technology‑enabled operating model changes.
Key Responsibilities
Change Leadership within DTS Engagements
- Lead end‑to‑end change management for DTS‑led transformations, including digital platforms, analytics, AI solutions, and operating model redesigns
- Embed change management into tech delivery lifecycles, ensuring adoption is planned alongside build, not post‑implementation
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and leadership, translating technical change into business‑relevant narratives
Enable Digital & AI‑Driven Adoption
- Support adoption of AI‑enabled tools and digital solutions such as intelligent workflows, agentic or decision‑support systems
- Design user‑centric adoption strategies covering communications, enablement, risk management, and behavioural change
- Partner with product owners and tech teams to ensure solutions are usable, explainable, and responsibly adopted
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Partner with client leadership, DTS engagement leads, and internal stakeholders to shape change strategies aligned to value and outcomes
- Develop leadership‑ready materials (change roadmaps, adoption dashboards, rollout approaches) tailored to senior audiences
Operating Model & Capability Change
- Support digital operating model shifts, including ways of working, role changes, governance, and capability uplift
- Design practical enablement approaches that help business users work differently from Day 1
Measurement & Sustainment
- Define and track adoption and change metrics tied to business value, not just activity completion
- Put in place sustainment mechanisms to ensure changes hold post go‑live
Skills & Capabilities (Must‑Have)
Change & Transformation
- 5–10 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in technology‑led or digital transformation programs
- Strong grounding in change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) with the ability to apply pragmatically, not theoretically
Digital & Technology Orientation
- Proven experience working with DTS, Digital, Data, or Technology teams
- Strong comfort engaging with technical concepts (digital platforms, AI, automation, analytics) and translating them for business audiences
- Experience integrating change into agile / product‑based delivery models
Stakeholder & Consulting Skills
- Consulting‑grade communication and storytelling skills, especially for leadership and senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in complex, fast‑moving, ambiguous environments typical of A&M engagements
- Strong facilitation, problem‑solving, and influencing skills
Good‑to‑Have Experience
- Exposure to Tech‑enabled M&A (technology separation, integration, or value creation)
- Experience supporting adoption of AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions
- Experience in global or multi‑market transformations
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in business, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, HR, Technology Management, or a related field
- Change certifications (Prosci, APMG, etc.) preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in consulting or transformation‑heavy environments strongly preferred
