đ Join Our Global Transaction Advisory Team đ
Our Global Transaction Advisory practice brings together business, technology and M&A expertise to support clients across the entire transaction lifecycle â from strategy and due diligence to integration and separation.
As part of our team, youâll work with leading clients across industries and geographies, helping them navigate complex deals and unlock value through technology đ.
Youâll be involved in preâdeal and postâdeal projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on:
- IT & Technology Due Diligence
Assess enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities and AI readiness to support transaction decisions.
Help clients plan and execute IT integration phases, ensuring business continuity and value creation.
- Carveâouts & Divestitures
Support the planning, execution and followâup of IT separation, data segregation and transition activities.
- Joint Ventures & Alliances
Advise on and implement the target IT landscape required for successful partnerships.

Job qualifications
Hereâs what youâll bring:
- A graduate degree (MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science or a comparable field
- 2â6 years of experience in M&A and/or IT consulting
- Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology topics
