We are seeking a senior Associate Director in Cyber Security to join our Tech Hub in the Tel Aviv office. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced cyber professional who will serve as a trusted authority and strategic advisor, with a clear path toward senior management within a global strategy consulting firm.
This role combines deep cyber expertise with strategic advisory, client leadership, and people management, working closely with executive teams and C-level stakeholders across industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-impact cyber security and information security consulting engagements for global clients.
- Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership, including CIOs, CISOs, and Boards.
- Shape and develop cyber capabilities within the firm, including methodologies and thought leadership.
- Manage, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting team.
- Work in a global environment with frequent international travel based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive, hands-on experience in cyber security and information security, ideally in senior or leadership roles.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders; consulting or advisory background is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with deep professional credibility.
- Academic degree required (advanced degree is an advantage).
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with potential for progression into senior management roles.
